Michigan Center survived a scare by Hanover Horton but managed to hold on to win 51-45.  Michigan Center was leading after the end of the first quarter 14-10 but trailed until the 4 minute mark in the fourth quarter.  The Cardinals outscored the Comets 18-6 in the fourth.  Kaycee Shannon matched her season high by scoring 21 points, with 3 assists, 3 steals and a team high 7 rebounds.  Shealyn Tripp had 12 points, with 1 assist, 4 blocks, and 5 rebounds.  Morgan Morris 6 points, 1 assist, 1 steal, 3 rebounds.  Masyn Shannon 6 points, 5 steals, 2 assists, and 3 rebounds.  Alize' Tripp 5 points, 3 assists, 1 steal, and 6 rebounds.  Teagan Haynes played while battling illness and had 1 point, 1 steal, 1 assist, and 2 rebounds.  Hanover Horton was led by Brianna Melling with 18 points, followed by Haleigh Powell with 14 points.  The Cardinals travel to Vandercook Lake on Monday.
