This past Saturday the wrestling team competed at Parkside in the annual J.A.W.S. (Jackson Area Wresting Showdown) Tournament.  Our boys went 3-2 on the day with big wins over Bronson, Williamston and Chelsea and respectable losses to Montrose and Jackson High.  

Corey Gamet and Brock Kuhn both went 5-0 on the day!

Our next competition is tomorrow night at home against Hanover Horton in our lone home dual of the season.  With three starters currently out of our line up due to injury it will be a hard fought and close Cascade Conference opener for us.  

This Saturday we will be traveling to Gull Lake HS to grapple with some teams from the west side of the state.
