The JV Girls Basketball team beat a feisty Grass Lake team 56 to 23.  The Cardinals played great defense, but gave up more than 20 points for the first time all year.  For the 6th game in a row, all players got into the game and contributed to the win.  Andi MacKenzie led the Cardinals with 13 points, including two 3 pointers.  Amanda Zaborowski played an excellent overall game, scoring 10 points, leading the team with 6 rebounds, and dishing 3 assists.  Anna Reynolds added 8 points and 5 rebounds.  Mic Jaycox again showed great leadership while scoring 7 points, grabbing 4 rebounds, and adding 3 steals.  Kaylee Nichols grabbed 5 rebounds, Maddie Vieau had 4 points and 4 boards, and Taylor Lammon had 4 rebounds.  Logan Murphy played a nice all around game with 4 points, 4 assists, 3 rebounds, and 2 steals.  Madi Bradley scored 5 points and added 3 rebounds.  The win improves the Cardinals record to 6-0 overall and 2-0 in the Cascades Conference.
