CoEd Varsity Cross Country vs. Multiple Opponents

On October 30th the following runners competed at the D3 Regional meet at Ella in subarctic temperatures
Boys: Trysten Kolk, Xander Manzer
Girls: Lizzie Williams, Lilian Wittman, Kate Paterson
Unfortunately no runners made it through to the state meet in what were 2 really fast and competitive races (winner of the Boys race was 16:03 crazy fast).
Both Kate and Trysten ran PR's and all MC athletes finished and ran with heart and pride.
The teams final meet of the season will be the Jensen (County) meet Monday at Ella. For those that have supported them this season, thank you. It means a lot to the kids to have support.
